You can add as many requests as you like to your queue. I work on one active request at a time, including its revisions, before moving to the next. Unlimited means there’s no cap on your queue or revisions; the amount completed depends on the scope and complexity of each request and the time in your active membership.

Most standard requests have a typical turnaround of 2–4 business days once work begins. Timing depends on complexity and feedback, and I’ll confirm an estimate for each request. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Yes. Larger projects are divided into agreed milestones, such as a website’s key pages or an app’s core flows. We work through those milestones one at a time while your membership is active. A large project may span more than one billing period.

The membership covers static design, including websites, apps, branding, logos, banners, social media graphics, packaging, and digital and print materials. Motion design, animation, video production or editing, and 3D work are not included. Development or coding, copywriting, printing costs, paid stock assets, fonts, and third-party services are also excluded unless agreed separately.

Yes. Each request covers one static post image. You can queue as many images as you need; carousels and sets are split into separate image requests. I work on one image at a time, including its revisions. Standard social post images typically take one business day once work begins. More complex designs or additional revisions may take longer. If you have a particular style, volume, or deadline in mind, message me before subscribing so we can discuss your needs and agree on realistic timing.

Work and revisions happen while your membership is active and pause at the end of the paid period, even if a request was submitted before it ended. You receive the completed work and current source files created during the paid period, with unfinished items clearly identified. Renew or reactivate your membership to continue, or we can discuss a separate project quote. Submitting a request does not extend the paid period.

Both include the same Design Partner service. Monthly billing is $1,299 per month. Annual billing is $12,990 paid upfront for 12 months, saving $2,598 compared with 12 monthly payments—the equivalent of two months. We’ll confirm availability, fit, and membership terms before you start.

Absolutely. Project-based work is still available for websites, apps, branding, packaging, print, and other design needs. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll put together a separate quote.
